On Wednesday, 13th October, Abbey College travelled to Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School, to play their Y11/12 team.  Dame Elizabeth are a strong team and current Y11 Birmingham School Boys' Basketball Champions.

This was a difficult test for our boys, against a team who have a number of players who represent the City of Birmingham.  Although Abbey lost the game 55-38, our boys played with true determination and dedication and were in the game for the majority of the match.  On a positive note, they are starting to gel together and play like a team.
