Abbey College Birmingham staff spent their hard earned weekend baking festive goodies to share with the student in a bid to win the title of 'Abbey's Best Baker' and raise money for Children with Cancer. Rich Chocolate Tort, Carrot Cake, Cheese Savouries and Traditional Fruit Cake were just some of the sumptuous offerings enjoyed by all!

Congratulations and thanks to all staff that baked festive goods for the students, they seemed to really enjoy it. Well done to the College Council for their seamless organisation and cake cutting, and well done to all for the money raised for Children With Cancer.

•         In third place it was the Guinness Cake - well done Tony Raybould!

•         In second place it was the darker brownies - well done Sarah Bloomer!

•         And in first place with the Banoffie Pie was Pat Robinson!!!!
