We look forward to welcoming you back to college on Monday 13th August (how time goes, when your having fun!). Hoping that you are all refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

Next week will be busy for us with the 'count down' to the release of A-Level results on Thursday 16th August and reuniting with our students.  

We look forward to holding an Open Morning at the college on Saturday 18th August, where we will welcome students and parents interested in joining us here at Abbey in September.

Whilst you have been away over the holidays, the college has been at it's busiest.  Refurbishment work has taken place mainly on the exterior of the building and is now nearing completion. The college looks brighter, thanks to the touch-up of paintwork and the Reception plants have been polished to perfection (will you be able to tell the artificial from the real plants?).  

Some classrooms have been replenished with new furniture and IT equipment and we hope that the tables, especially the chairs, will serve the college well, over the next academic year,(aheem without the 'unnamed' person(s) swinging back on chairs!).  

The grim sight of scaffolding at the front of the college will soon be removed, and we look forward to seeing the quaint view of St Paul's Church on the green once again (especially now the weather has cheered up!).
